One Man's Trash is another Man's __________ Fill in the blank. Most people think its Treasure but Recently a Man named "Dan Phillips" has been creating houses, yes house's. For people that are willing to rent them out.Seems like "oh He's just building houses. No big deal" well He is building house's, but He's building them out of people's everyday trash. The roof's are created with anything from picture frames to license plates. The floor's are created with cork's and concrete. Phillips creates these houses with only spending as little as possible for concrete and screws etc. Everything else is either donated to him or He finds these trash "Beauties" waiting to be thrown into the pile. This is truly one man that I can look up to when it comes to being environmentally helpful to the world and also being recycleabley friendly. Phillip's is currently 64 years old and lives in East, Texas. He had many jobs including working as an intelligence officer in the Army, a college dance instructor, an antiques dealer and a syndicated cryptogram puzzle maker. I dont know what that last one is but whatever. Phillips currently is designing several houses that He will be renting out to anyone willing to live here. For picture's Visit this link.
